Referral Program Terms & Conditions

 The greatest compliment you can give us is referring your friends and family. Thank you for helping our small, veteran-owned business grow through your recommendations. 

 When you refer a new client to Hub City Vacations and they complete a qualifying booking, you'll receive a $50 Referral Bonus for each eligible booking.

There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses you can earn.

  A qualifying referral must:

• Be a new client who has never previously booked through Hub City Vacations. 
• Identify you as the referring customer before or at the time their booking is created. 
• Complete a qualifying vacation booking through Hub City Vacations. 
• Travel as booked. 

Eligible bookings generally include:

• Ocean cruises 
• River cruises 
• Disney vacation packages
• Universal Orlando vacation packages
• All-inclusive resort vacations 
• Other qualifying leisure travel booked through Hub City Vacations 

The following typically do not qualify:

• Airfare-only bookings 
• Hotel-only bookings 
• Travel insurance purchased separately 
• Car rentals purchased separately 
• Ticket-only purchases 
• Group travel

Hub City Vacations reserves the right to determine whether a booking qualifies. Referral bonuses are earned only after the referred travel has commenced or been completed.

 Referral bonuses may be provided in a variety of forms, including:

• Amazon gift cards 
• Visa or other retail gift cards 
• Venmo or other electronic payment services 
• Additional onboard credit (when available) 
• A credit toward your future Hub City Vacations booking 
• Other mutually agreed-upon reward methods 

Reward options may vary based on supplier policies and applicable laws.

 Refer as many people as you'd like. Every qualifying booking earns another referral bonus. 

 If more than one person refers the same traveler, the referral bonus will be awarded to the individual identified by the traveler before or at the time the reservation is created. Hub City Vacations' determination is final. 

 Referral bonuses are not earned for canceled bookings.

If a bonus has already been issued for a booking that is later canceled or does not qualify, Hub City Vacations reserves the right to offset that reward against future referral bonuses or future bookings.

 Referral bonuses:

• Have no cash value unless issued as electronic payment. 
• May not be exchanged for a greater value. 
• May not be sold or transferred.

 Hub City Vacations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
